I am unable to log in from home using Outside Network Access link.
Start by clearing your browser cache and browsing history; then close all of your browser windows. Open a new browser window and try connecting again using "Outside Network Access" link on the library's home page. if you receive the "Connection refused by www.etown.edu, please try again later" error message, open a new browser tab and type in the following address: www.exproxy.etown.edu/menu. This will bring you to a very "bare bones" linked menu of the library's databases. Using any of these links should allow you to perform your research.
