Answer

Any faculty member can check out any item on course reserve, whether it is assigned under their name or not. BUT: the library requests that if faculty need an item  that is currently on course reserve by another faculty member for another class, that the instructor who needs the item pick it up just prior to needing it and return it as soon as possible so as not to negatively impact the class of record for which the item is assigned to course reserve.
